Conferences
IDEAS 2002 - International Database Engineering and Applications Symposium, will take place in Lister Hall between July 17th and 19th, 2002.Accommodations
Lister Hall at the University of Alberta offers dormitory-style accommodation in either single or twin occupancy. Washrooms are centrally located on each floor; and linen and towel services are provided. The Lister Dining Hall is open seven days a week from 7:00am to 6:30pm, offering a variety of meal options and convenience store items. Our over night guests receive discounted parking rates, and for added convenience bank and phone card machines are located in the main Lister Complex. The Guest Services desk is open 24 hours a day and can accommodate late night check ins and early departures. The University of Alberta is easily accessible by public and private transportation, and is located within 30 minutes of all major city and tourist attractions as well as the International Airport.Lister Hall is located on the University of Alberta Campus, close to downtown and the historic Old Strathcona.
